Support our NZ Champion barbershop quartet The Usual Suspects to compete at the 2024 International contest in Cleveland, Ohio!
Hamilton, Waikato
Kia ora whānau! The Usual Suspects are New Zealand’s 2023 Champion barbershop quartet, hailing from Kirikiriroa Hamilton.
As the NZ Champions we have an invite to compete on the ‘big stage’ at the 2024 Barbershop Harmony Society International Convention in Cleveland, Ohio USA. For all of us, singing at BHS International in a quartet is a barbershop dream we never thought we would even get the chance to realise. So we simply have to go. But traveling to the USA is not cheap, and we need to raise $20,000 just to cover flights and accommodation.
We hope you will be able to donate to support to our journey to Cleveland #Grind2Cleveland. We are super excited about representing NZ on the international stage!
Thanks so much for your support and good wishes, which we will take with us.
Ngā mihi maioha
The Usual Suspects, Harley, Takiri, Richard and Nathan
All funds received will contribute towards coaching, registration fees, flights, and accommodation in Cleveland.
We're on our way! 1 June 2024
