International

Dear friends and community,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear friend, Ashish Varma ( IHM Bhopal 1996-2000). He was a remarkable man—full of kindness, generosity, and love. Ashish touched the lives of so many of us, always there with a helping hand, a warm smile, and with his incredible sense of humour. Ashish could brighten any hostel room/ dorm, even in the toughest time, and his laughter was truly infectious. He reminded us all not to take life too seriously and to find joy in the little things.

As we grieve this immense loss, we also want to support the family he left behind. Ashish was a devoted husband, father and son to his ailing parents , and his family is now facing the challenging reality of moving forward without him.

We are coming together to raise funds to help ease the financial burden on the Varma family during this difficult time. Whether it’s to assist with immediate expenses or to help secure a future for his loved ones, your contribution will make a meaningful difference.

Please consider donating and sharing this message with others who knew and loved Ashish. No amount is too small, and every bit of support is deeply appreciated. I request to NOT share this page on public platform to respect the privacy of the beneficiaries.

Thank you for your kindness and generosity. Let’s honor Ashish's memory by showing the same care and compassion he always gave to others.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Sanjay Joshi & Friends of Ashish Varma

Dear All

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to each of you for your incredible generosity in helping raise funds in the loving memory of our dear friend, Ashish Varma.

Together, we have raised an impressive NZD 4,452. After Give-a-Little's admin fees, a total of NZD 4,255.40 was deposited into my account.

Today, after confirming the bank details, I made an international transfer of INR 210,398.30 to Aparna Varma. She is deeply touched by the outpouring of support from all of us, as well as other friends. Aparna has personally asked me to convey her gratitude to each one of you.

I am truly proud of what we have achieved together as a team. Well done and thank you all once again.
