Support Victoria's journey towards the 2023 World Junior Championships in USA!

Hello! My name is Victoria, a 17 year old aspiring athlete, born and raised in Hamilton, New Zealand. Starting from 8 years old, badminton has been a passionate hobby of mine, which has recently produced an amazing opportunity to compete at the prestigious 2023 BWF World Junior Championships to be held from 25 September to 8 October in Spokane, USA!

Over the years with the aid of coaches, family, friends, and the Waikato Badminton community, I have put in the work to develop my game and eventually, been able to rise to the podium of junior and senior national tournaments. Recently, I've been privileged to compete in Oceania international tournaments and the next big milestone is testing my skills against the world stage at the World Junior Championships.

Badminton is a non-funded sport in New Zealand, meaning every step of the way has been at the total expense of us players to pay in order to continue our journey. The cost of competing in this event is expected to be at least $6000 which includes flights, accommodation, training, and other general expenses.

Any amount you can contribute would be immensely appreciated in helping me represent New Zealand in Spokane :))
