Thank you and a quick update...
19 December 2024Thank you all so much for your generosity so far, the support has been mind blowing!
Shauna has now received 2 doses of the immunotherapy drug, pembrolizumab (Keytruda).
The last three weeks have been tough with Shauna having a viral infection and being admitted into hospital each week with high fevers. She is due to have a scan of the tumour in the near future (unsure when with most places slowing down over the holiday period). Her second 12 week round of chemo starts on the 14th January 2025.
Your support is amazing, and we have been overwhelmed with the response. Again, thank you so much.
