Helping families in need this winter with healthy food parcels.

Nationwide

As the colder months approach many families will be struggling to make ends meet with increased heating costs. Usually the food budget is used to pay the bills.

Foodbank New Zealand provides an online foodbank service to assist individuals and families across NZ with food parcels that contain ingredients such as fresh fruit, vegetables and meat along with everyday basic items that are made available for collection at their local supermarket.

We also provide an online directory of community services to help with budgeting and other advice.

Our service is open to all NZ Citizens and Permanent Residents but due to very high demand we struggle to assist all applicants. Your donation will go solely to providing food parcels to those who need it. Our operating costs are funded by the sale of advertising on our website.

We appreciate your donation and thank you for caring.

About us

Foodbank New Zealand is a Charitable Trust that operates an online foodbank parcel service to help families in need across the country. Our service provides quality food parcels that contain fresh meat, fruit, vegetables and other necessary items to assist these families.

We also facilitate the collection and distribution of donated food to other foodbanks and provide a comprehensive directory of NZ foodbanks and other community organisations.

Use of funds

Funds raised through our Winter Appeal will be used solely for the purchase of the food parcels.
