Bringing together friends, whānau, and community to support Nat through her cancer journey and remind her she doesn’t have to face it alone.
Bay of Plenty
Our dear friend, Natalie Jane, has recently been diagnosed with cervical cancer. In a matter of moments, life changed from everyday routines and plans to specialist appointments, difficult conversations, and the reality of major surgery in Auckland on 27 July.
Natalie is the friend who shows up, supports others without hesitation, and faces life’s challenges with incredible courage & if we’re being honest, she can be wonderfully stubborn too. Natalie has always been determined to stand on her own two feet and push through difficult times without asking for help. While that strength is something we admire, it also means she would never be the one to ask for support, even when she deserves it most.
Funds raised will help ease the pressures that come with treatment and recovery, including travel, specialist dietary needs, supplements, counselling, emotional support, and everyday expenses while Natalie focuses on healing.
More than anything, this fundraiser is a reminder to Natalie that she does not have to face this journey alone.
Every donation, message, and share is an act of love and support. It is a way of surrounding someone who has given so much to others with the same care and kindness she has always shown.
If you are able to contribute, thank you. If you can’t, sharing this page and keeping Natalie in your thoughts means just as much.
Together, we can help lighten the load and remind Natalie that she is deeply loved and supported every step of the way.
Natalie is a dear friend of mine, and I am creating this page on behalf of our wider circle of friends and whānau who want to support her through this challenging time.
Unfunded surgery costs, specialist dietary requirements and supplements, cancer counselling and emotional support, travel and treatment-related expenses, and basic living costs.
