Help Pace to achieve quality of life and access to treatments to alleviate his suffering 💕
Invercargill, Southland
Pace is very special to his family and friends. He is a brave young man and has endured a great deal over his life.
Pace is 23 year old young man and has experienced significant health concerns throughout most of his life.
Pace suffers from a connective tissue disorder called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS). He was diagnosed with EDS in 2021. The diagnosis gave us some understanding and awareness to what appeared to be multiple different conditions, diseases and illnesses. His health over the past 6-12 months has progressively deteriorated and he now has many conditions and unforgiving pain that he deals with every day.
As his mum I would like to see Pace’s pain managed so that he can enjoy his life as best as he can. EDS is an incurable and chronic condition that takes no prisoners.
Heartfelt thanks to everyone x
I am Pace’s mum Clara, and along with the wider family, would ask that you show your love and support to help Pace achieve some stability with his health and have quality of life.
We appreciate your support for Pace x
Funds will help with an upcoming MR colonography done privately, abdominal surgery also done privately (NZ) and unfunded medications such as CBD oil (prescription provided) to help with pain. The abdominal surgery is yet to be confirmed based on the findings of the scan.
