    Roses Celebration of Life

    Is being held this Friday October 01st at Pelorus Bridge campground - 2pm. Please park out by the roadside and walk down through the bush.

    The weather forecast is predicting sunshine. So please bring a blanket or your own chairs so we can comply with social distancing rules.

    The service is being led by family friends and is non formal.

    Afterwards there will be some snacks provided, and people are welcome to continue on down to The Millers Rest to reminisce and celebrate Roses life.

  • Memorial Service

    Rose and Nigels family are overwhelmed and truely appreciate your support. It does help make a massive difference.

    It will all help enable Nigel to take some time off work to help Neco, Tyler and Charlotte and himself adjust. Which was something that was so important to Rose.

    Nigel and the families are working through how to have a memorial service amongst all this COVID mess. And once they have figured it out we will update it here so you are all emailed. Gatherings at level 2 are limited to 100, and they are conscious that more than that want to pay their respects and acknowledge their own grief.

    When we get an idea (hopefully this monday) if the south will move to level 1 anytime soon - we will get some plans and dates out to you all.

    Rose wanted the ceremony at Pelorus - a place so special in her and her families heart. So we will do our best to make that happen for her.
