Our beautiful Sara, was given earth shattering news recently, when she was diagnosed with advanced stomach cancer.
Anyone who knows Sara, knows her as an amazing mum and wife, lover of life, adventure seeker and an all round amazing person
This news is devastating for all that know her, least of all for Sara, her husband Will and their beautiful daughter Isabella (8)
In typical Sara style she is ready to face this battle head on and do everything she can to beat this.
Sara will be starting chemo but many advanced treatments like immunotherapy are not funded in New Zealand.
To give Sara more options and relieve some of the financial burden that comes with fighting cancer I have setup this page to raise much needed help.
Sara and Will are not the type of couple to ask for help but right now they need their people around them to support them every step of the way. Whether its a dollar or a message of support, it would mean so much to us all.
If you can share this page with others who may know the family and want to help, that would be wonderful.

Sara and I have been friends since primary school. We have traveled through life together facing all it's highs and lows.
Sara was with me through my cancer journey and now it's my turn to help and support my wonderful friend ❤
Use of funds
Any monies raised will go towards helping fund any treatments not available on the public health system and also to help support the family financially in their day to day activities while in this battle.

Our girl 20 July 2024
It is with a heavy heart that I let you know that our beautiful brave Sara has passed away this morning with Will by her side.
With her positivity and fierce determination she fought hard to stay.
Through out this journey she continued to see the positive side in life and was a true inspiration to us all.
We will all carry on that love of life she showed and wrap our love and support around Will and Isabella as they negotiate through life without dear Sara.
Thank you all for being an important part of her journey. For giving her the hope and help to fight and live longer than was ever predicted.
To love and be loved is the greatest joy and Sara was loved from many corners of the world.
Rest now my dear friend you deserve it 🧡
