Surendra Sinha - Urgent Help to pay hospital Bill

My father, Mr Surendra Sinha aged 67 who is originally from Ba and is a retired School Teacher. My parents Mr & Mrs Surendra Sinha arrived in New Zealand on 6th of April to visit me and spend their holiday vacation.

On Tuesday, 18th April, 2023 at 11.45am, my father Mr Surendra Sinha, fell down in his room, his left arm and left leg were numb and he felt dizzy and very weak. I immediately phoned the ambulance. The ambulance arrived, the staff checked and confirmed that my dad had a stroke, they took him to the hospital straightaway.

Upon arrival at ED, the Dr's attended my dad immediately and did various tests. I was notified in the hospital that dad had a stroke and he has a very high sugar 26.5 and high blood pressure 263/180. The Dr's also confirmed that my dad has a blood clot on his right side of the brain and on the left side one of the nerves has been damaged.

This news has devastated me and my family and has impacted our life drastically. My dad was admitted to the hospital for a week. He was very worried about the hospital bills but I assured him that the matter had been taken care of and he does not need to worry, the hospital bill is NZD 26,628.99.
