Sustinnoworx Social Enterprise project is a venture from Shakti Education and Training Company (SETAC Ltd) - a business with a social aim.
SETAC was established 10 years ago with a mission to provide opportunities to refugee and migrant women and families, especially those affected by family violence to learn English and obtain life-skills in a safe, community-based environment.
After running various education and skills-training workshops for a number of years SETAC noticed that some students became trapped in cycles of poverty and dependent on welfare. Sustinnoworx project aims to help people through practical education and mentoring programs become self-sufficient and environmentally sustainable.
