Weekend training away from home 2 October 2016
Hi everyone,
Back home in Wellington after spending the weekend in Auckland training.
Awesome two days of karate sessions mixing it up with warm ups, fuelling, drills, senarios, mental attitude analysis and sparring.
Huge network of support with having training partners ranging from National competition opponents, different genders, different ages and different weight divisions.
Getting quality input, perspective and training from Personal Coaches, National and International Coaches and Referees.
Amazing support from all and coming away being well drilled and loads of beneficial information to take on board and help me on the road to the Worlds.
