A fundraiser for a seriously injured puppy.
Canterbury
Hi everyone,
This is Ojo he’s a Shitzu/Maltese mix, he was recently attacked by a much bigger dog when he was going for a walk. Unfortunately the other dog was without a leash and Ojo was just on the edge of his property with his mum on a leash.
Ojo is a sweet, full of energy, loving little boy. He’s just 1 year and 6 months old, he’s barely experienced anything in this world. Currently he’s in a serious state at the vets, under a lot of painkillers. He’s gone through 2 surgeries already to get the infection out, but his liver has been damaged due to the attack hence it is not making enough protein to allow him to recover quickly even after a plasma infusion. This page is to help out his owners with the expensive vet bills ($2200 so far) and related expenses that will occur. His family really miss him and just want their little baby back home and back to normal.
Any amount will be helpful and all the excess money will be donated to SPCA. Please pray for Ojo’s full recovery and share the word to help Ojo and his family in this unfortunate situation. All donations will go directly to Hishrita (Ojo’s owner).

Update for ojo 30 October 2021
He is recovering slowly at the moment, but he just had a 3rd operation today for his big wound (the one in the pictures) as that had opened up. But still a while to go before he’s all done, and he still is not eating well which is the next hurdle we have to cross and which is hindering his recovery at the moment.
