Help me raise money for MSF who are providing emergency medical care in crisis zones.
Auckland
I'm swimming 4.6km from Rangitoto Island to St Heliers on the 3rd of May and I'm hoping to raise $460 ($10 for every 100 metres) for Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders), who are providing life-saving medical care in places like Palestine, Lebanon, and Sudan right now, where healthcare systems are under extreme pressure.
Their teams deliver emergency surgery, wound care, medicines, safe births, and essential medical support in really difficult conditions.
Every donation will go directly towards that frontline work. Even a small amount genuinely helps so much!!
FYI donations are in NZD (the current conversion rate is £1 = $2.29)
I'm not personally connected to MSF, but I've chosen to fundraise for them because of the urgent medical work they're doing in conflict and crisis zones right now and the huge need for accessible healthcare. All funds raised will be donated directly to MSF
Funds will support MSF's emergency medical work including surgery, wound care, medicines, maternal care, vaccinations, and getting medical teams and supplies to people in crisis zones like Gaza, Lebanon, and Sudan.
