Playground for South Wellington Intermediate School

I am a year 8 SWIS student (Juvenka Earthson) and am riding the length of the North Island to raise money for our school playground that is currently closed because it not safe enough for kids to play on.

A change in safety regulations meant that our playground became out of bounds, and has been closed for half a year. I used to play on the playground everyday until a change in safety regulations made the playground out of bounds.

I will be riding 1626 km predominantly on mountain bike tracks to raise the money to open the playground again
