My cat was shot with an air rifle and needs surgery
Canterbury
On Wednesday 26 April 2016 between the hours of 2.30am and 11.30am, when my husband found him in our garage, our beautiful cat TC was shot in the head with an air rifle. The bullet went in on an angle and perforated his eye, lodging in his cheek. Thankfully he is ok but required surgery to remove his left eye as the vets could not save it. Due to my husband having a benign brain tumour, and suffering constant headaches, he doesn't work. I work part time but it only covers the bare necessities with minimal set aside for other needs. I have had to use my phone bill money for this month to put a deposit down on TC's vet bill and am at a a loss as to how to get the rest. Any help in any way would be hugely appreciated.
For those that wish to donate directly to the vet the details are as follows:-

TC is our family pet. We are all devastated by what has happened to our wee fur baby.
Almost 3 weeks since surgery 22 May 2016
TC is doing well, he is coping with the loss of his eye and is due for his stitches to be removed next week. Words cannot express how grateful we are to all those who have donated to help cover his vet costs.
Thank you very much, your kindness is very appreciated xx
Thank you very much, this means alot to our family xx
Thank you very much, this means a lot to our family xx
This means so much to us, thank you so much. Feeling overwhelmed with the wonderful support we have. Yes it was devastating finding that someone could have done that to our wee fur baby. I read it happening all around and of course never think it could happen to us. He is recuperating well but still adjusting to the loss of his eye. It will take time but he will get used to it and adjust. Thanks again xx
