Te Puke Playcentre Garden Project

$250 of $5,000 goal
Given by 6 generous donors in around 4 months

Please help us to get our garden project completed. We are building a wonderful outdoor play space for our tamariki and we need your help!

Bay of Plenty

Te Puke Playcentre is a parent run early education centre, and a very special space in our small rural community for our tamariki and their families to learn and grow together. We are open three days per week, providing a safe and supportive space for child-led learning.

We are currently in the middle of a much needed garden makeover, and we need your donation to help us get it finished.

Due to the demand on community grants by many different community organisations we have not been successful in raising the full amount that we needed.

We have been dreaming up this project for many years and members raised the deposit required to start but to transform the place from minimal to magical we need your help for all those extra things that we have had to compromise on.

Think mud kitchen, a revamp to the very old sandpit, outdoor picnic tables, sensory plants for the garden, a new waterwall, garden pathway materials, a little wooden bridge over a running stream, and shade for our new carpentry area. Sounds pretty nice, right? We think so too, and we really want to make this a reality for the wonderful tamariki in our community.

We need to raise money for all of this magic to happen. If you can help us out with any amount, small or large, we would be most grateful for your support.

Thank you on behalf of everyone at Te Puke Playcentre.

Any donation is so gratefully received! 🥰
