NZTSOS is a group of passionate employees and volunteers in the education sector who are standing up against the current mandate, orders and Covid-19 response act.
NZTSOS Inc (an incorporated society) alongside NZDSOS Inc (an incorporated society) as the applicants, have filed proceedings in the matter of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Amendment Order (No 3) 2021 under section 11 of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020.
The respondents are THE MINISTER FOR COVID-19 RESPONSE, THE DIRECTOR-GENERAL OF HEALTH and THE ATTORNEY-GENERAL.
We are a group with limited salaries that have the usual outgoings, so collectively can not fund the litigation costs of between $30 000 and $120,000.

Fundraising Update 6 November 2021
Thank you to all of the generous donors to date. We have now reached our minimum target to file proceedings. We are keeping fundraising open in order to hopefully be able to fund all of the legal costs needed to pay for the litigation. On Monday 8th November 2021 at 10am in the Wellington High Court, our legal representative, alongside the midwives legal representative, is going to present our case against the Minister for Covid-19 response.
