Maree and Ben are volunteer guides who will be helping Nic to run The NYC Marathon in November. We are part of the Achilles NZ team.

Auckland

Nic is an athlete with MS who runs by falling but never actually hitting the ground (at least that's the plan.) she runs to try and stop MS trying to take her down. She is looking forward to running the final mile in Central Park with a big smile on her face.

Maree is an enthusiastic go-getting PT and Pilates instructor. She is looking forward to the shopping in New York.

Ben is in IT. He knows the best Coffee places in New York so he qualifies for our team.

We're heading out to prove that disability does not mean impossibility.

We are raising funds to assist us with our travel expenses getting to New York and participating in the NYC Marathon.
