Kia ora koutou,

My name's Teeps and I'm shaving my head to raise a little bit of money for mental health services in my hometown of Whanganui.

It's been a rough time for us all these last couple of years. As I find it time to turn a page in my own life I look to give back in some way to the people that can help our communities.

Life To The Max is a community-run social service in the Whanganui community that offers intensive support to whānau who need help. Often the problems stem from many issues including unhealthy mental well-being, negative peers and criminality to name a few. LTTM walks alongside whānau to help them to help themselves on their journey to positive mental health and safe, healthy and happy homes.

All funds raised, will go to Life To The Max Whanganui for mental wellbeing services.
