Help support Teina on her road to recovery!
Nationwide
On Saturday 25 October 2014, our gorgeous friend Teina Boyd had a freak accident and fractured the C5 vertebrae in her neck. She was flown from Wellington to Christchurch where she spent just over one week in ICU. She is now working hard to get the movement back in her body. At the moment she can move her arms and her head. You will all be pleased to hear that her sense of humour and positive nature is still present!
Teina’s whanau, including her four year old son, Willy, are based in Auckland and the Bay of Plenty. Her brother, Eric, is staying with her.
You all know her as an outgoing, bubbly, enthusiastic, incredible friend and mother so help us show how much we care for her by donating to this page! You can donate as little or as much as you' like to support Teina. The money will be used to ensure Willy and Teina have time together, and to provide for anything Teina needs. We want to ease any financial burdens while Teina focuses on improving her movement.
