Allergy and organ tests for Sky

Sky is nearly 2 years old and has always been unwell. We brought her when she was 9 weeks old only to find the people had not looked after her properly. She looked healthy and happy but we soon realized this was not the case. She had never been wormed and was full of them. This may have damaged her digestive system. She could not eat dog biscuits as she had been being feed mince until we brought her and her stomach couldn't cope. Thus began the many trips to the vet. Everyday I would rush home in my lunch break to check on her and dreaded the days I found her with vomit everywhere and her still trying to be sick even though she had nothing in her tummy. Many times we thought we were going to loose her as she was so ill.

We finally found a wonderful vet who knows her breed well and managed to get her a food that she can eat. She recommended we do an allergy blood test to determine exactly what she cannot eat and then have more options for food for Sky. The current food is now too expensive for us to afford each month as I am a stay at home mum and with only one income it is a real struggle. Currently we pay $180 on food every 28 days. We have been trying to get her on to something more affordable but without knowing what she has an allergy or intolerance to its like a needle in a haystack, while watching & waiting to see if she begins to get ill again. This is horrible for her and very stressful for us.

Sky has been very strong through all of this and she is so loving and loyal that we want to figure out exactly what she is allergic to and check that her organs are functioning correctly. Just to have a diagnosis would be a relief and the possibility that she can find a cheaper food so we don't have to rehome her and split up our family. Sky is so good with our 6 month old baby and they already have a bond. It would be heartbreaking to see her rehomed.

Please help Sky to get the tests she needs and stay with her family that she loves so much.
