'The Back Room' Performance Space Part 2 - the FitOut Fundraiser

  • We have been granted $1000 funding from the Thames Community Board Grants!

    Thanks TCDC! We will be using the $1000 funding towards a proper PA music system, which will benefit our upcoming concerts and workshops that are planned in the 'Back Room' creative community space...

    However, we still need to raise some additional funds for a short-throw projector; more padded stacking chairs; lighting rig, and sundry music stands, leads, cables, etc. Every donation you make will bring us closer to providing a genuinely multi-use space.

    If you are passing through Thames, pop in and we will give you a guided tour!

  • ANDY MAC Art Exhibition With Music Performance

    Andy Mccaskill, a local Thames artist and musician was inspired to create a Show for the Back Room which combines his love of Visual Art and Music Performance. His mixed media artwork of inspirational musicians will be on display for the month of July (for viewing and for sale) and his linked Music Performance will be on Thur 19th July.

  • The BACK ROOM is now OPEN for your creativity

    The Back Room Opening Celebration was a great day of performances by over a dozen local performers and musicians. Many people enjoyed experiencing the new space, and there have already been many expressions of interest and some bookings.
