The Cost of a Flat White

Flat White is the coolest little dude according to our vets (and we think so too 😊). We rescued him along with his sister Mocha and mum Chai last July from our neighborhood where they were living life rough. They were very timid and not socialised to humans, but with a lot of effort, time, patience, and toys, they have become super awesome cats. They all had cat flu but that is mostly resolved, and things were starting to look up. We rehomed Chai but the kittens took a while longer to warm up to humans and in that time, we fell in love, and Flat White and Mocha became a permanent of our family.

Unfortunately on the weekend, Flat White appears to have been hit by a car. This resulted in some significant damage to his right rear leg and left hip. We have pet insurance for Flat White up to $5,000, but the surgical costs have dwarfed this cover (the total cost is estimated to be $14,000).

After a rough start, Flat White has come so far as a domesticated charming kitty, he is only 8-9 months old and we want to do all we can to give him a fantastic, long life! We would so appreciate any help you can provide towards meeting this vet bill, and so we are asking people to contribute the cost of a flat white.
