The final days of a legend
My final checklist to be able to let dad rest in peace with no worries..

My dad Adrian churn is currently residing at Mercy hospice in Auckland fighting for his life against Melanoma. The cancer started in the eye itself and has now spread to his liver and kidneys. As an only child I am struggling watching my father pass away slowly in front of my eyes.
He sits in his room in the dark trying to get his affairs In order before he goes. So he needs help paying a few bills, organizing a furniture remover to clean out his flat etc and with whatever we fundraise left I want to take him out in his wheelchair somewhere nice to create one more happy memory that I will hold close to my heart. A memory both of us will treasure.
He took care of me when I had my brain bleeds so now it's time to repay him back for everything he has done for me.
Please help me to help my dad take some financial burden off his shoulders so he can be at peace.

Use of funds
Paying his final bills furniture removers. What ever is left maybe a nice meal somewhere where he can watch the sunset one last time.

Unfortunately my dad lost his battle to cancer last night on the 17th April at 7pm. May he fly higher than ever... rest in love dad xxx
