The Gift of Christmas Waikato

We are the Gift of Christmas Waikato.

We create food, necessity and gift hampers for solo families.

Solo families describes a family where children are in care with only 1 parent full time but we also support those where grandparents and even siblings are the sole career of children.

The Christmas period is hard for many but it is especially hard when you only have one income.

We have been established in the Waikato Since 2019 and over this time have donated hampers to many families within our region.

Each hamper has an approx. value of $250

We aim to deliver at least 6 hampers each year but that is all depending on the generosity of our communities.

These hampers bring joy to those that donate, the people like myself that get to shop for all the amazing goodies that go into these hampers, those that make those special drops to these deserving families and finally the recipients.

Funds donated will be put towards non perishable food items, toiletries, presents 🎁 and sooooo much more.
