Help with surgery to amputate my cats leg due to broken femur, after been hit by a car.
Invercargill, Southland
I am reaching out today with a heavy heart to ask for help, my beloved cat, who has been my faithful companion for 17 years she is a sweet and gentle soul given birth to 3 litters before getting neutered she lives with one of her daughters and two other cats. One fateful day last week while she was exploring her neighbourhood she was hit by car most likely she never heard it as she is hard of hearing or was too slow, she was rushed to Waikiwi vets , the impact was severe and it has broken her femur bone we had the difficult decision to make and thinking she deserves a nice end to her life instead of being euthanised in pain with a broken leg we have decided to amputate, she is currently at the vet and urgent need of the surgery to elevate her pain and give her the chance to live out her remaining years. She is a strong resilient cat and we are determined to help her through this, the cost of the surgery is approximately $1000 and your contribution no matter how small would make a significant difference even just one dollar can help us reach our goal and provide the care she deserves. I understand that times are tough for many at the moment but if you find yourself in a position to help your support would mean the world to me in my fury best friend together we can give her the chance to live out her days gracefully without pain. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for considering helping me during this difficult time.
