On 8th August, Henry is teeing off for the most important round of his life- 200 holes in 12 hours all to raise funds for his wee man Hudson
Invercargill, Southland
Our son Hudson is a determined, happy little boy who faces big challenges with movement and coordination. Earlier this year, we travelled to the Centre of Movement in Australia for a three-week intensive therapy program that changed everything. In just a few weeks, Hudson made more progress than we had seen in months—thanks to expert daily therapy designed to unlock his physical potential.
But therapy like this comes at a cost—$15,000 per intensive. We’re returning to the Centre of Movement (this time in Rotorua) in September and again at the start of 2026—over $30,000 to give Hudson the best shot at improved independence, strength, and mobility.
To help make this happen, Hudson’s dad Henry is taking on an incredible challenge:
200 holes of golf in just 12 hours, running nearly 100 kilometres in one day. We’re calling it “The Longest Round- 200 holes in 12 hours”—a massive physical effort to match the size of our goal and our love for our son.
This isn’t just about golf. It’s about giving Hudson the best chance to move, grow, and thrive.
Join us in cheering him on, donating or sharing the event to raise awareness and help us reach our goal
Thank you for being part of our journey—and for cheering on Henry as he hits for Hudson
I am Hudson's mum and Henrys wife
All funds will go towards course fees and associated costs with travelling to and staying at intensive courses
