This page has been established to help the Taurima Whanau get back on their feet after they lost everything in a house fire in Mahia

Hawke's Bay

The Taurima Whaanau need our help.

On the 12th of April a fire ripped through their whanau home in Mahia, destroying everything and the home. Thankfully, everyone got out and they all still have each other.

Those that know this whanau know that they have the biggest hearts and support their community on a daily basis. Lets return their kindness and help them in this time of need to get back on their feet and rebuild their lives.

They are a family of more than 10 with a baby boy due any day now.

On behalf of them all, I thank you all in advance for all koha made.

If you would like to donate goods or services please email: marreekereru@hotmail.com

I am a niece, organising this for them as they have enough to worry about right now

Use of funds

Funds will be used for the needs of the family during this time and their needs to get back on their feet and rebuilt their lives. Thankfully the whanau have full insurance cover. The funds fundraiser will help them get on their feet in the interim while they are working through the claim process.
