International Development Social Enterprise Poverty

Freeset is taking its largest step forward in its 13-year history by purchasing the most significant building that stands at the gateway to one of the largest red-light districts in the world. Freeset already lives and works in this area (its our community - we already own 3 other buildings) and have already offered freedom to hundreds of women, currently employing approx. 200.

The purchase of this building will dramatically increase our ability to offer the choice of freedom to hundreds more women through the creation of sustainable business and increased social services. It will say to the community ... we're here for FREEDOM and are prepared to stand up against the effects of human sex-trafficking and the resulting exploitation and pain that is a hallmark of this area.
