Hello Hannah My husband and I would like to give money to support the protestors in Myanmar. I was there in 1987 and the country and its people hold a special place in my heart.
Please can you tell me how the money will reach the protestors? Thank you for setting up this page.

Hi Jayne. Thank you very much for your message. So good of you and your husband to want to donate. Being in Myanmar in 1987, you will have seen and felt how desperate the plight is when Myanmar's military flexes. I can't believe we're back there again. We've been back in NZ for a week now and still utterly shocked by what we've seen and heard in Myanmar.
Minus the small % that Givealittle deducts to host the page, 100% of the donations will go to Myanmar. We have the endorsement and support of other large funding platforms and our funding channels have been set up so 100% is passed to people and healthcare org's most in need of the funds across Myanmar's distribution points. We're just people, all of whom are from/have lived in Myanmar, who love Myanmar, like you, rather than an organisation with overheads.
