Three talented Whangarei gymnastics athletes to represent NZ in Australian Championships.

$3,451 of $20,000 goal
Given by 41 generous donors in 6 weeks

Talented Northland gymnast, to represent New Zealand at The Australian Gymnastics Championships in May.

Whangarei, Northland

Whangarei's talented team, Hannah Prout, Renee Pilon (17),Ella Howie (14), Jessica Kalkhoven (15) and Jodie Allely who are looking for sponsorship. They have been selected to represent New Zealand at The Australian Gymnastics Championships.

Tumbling is relatively new and runs alongside Trampoline, Artistic (Men's and Woman's), Rhythmic and Aerobics. Our club is extremely fortunate to have an exceptional caliber of coaches, Hannah has been selected to Coach the NZ Team, and Jodie will be a Judge at the International event.

As you can imagine, this opportunity is incredibly exciting for athletes, but it also comes with its financial challenges. Gymnastics is totally self-funded, and they will need to raise a total of $20,000 to cover expenses such as travel, accommodation, insurance, and team uniforms. With time being of the essence, they are reaching out to the local community for support.

The gymnastics club they train at, WAGS (Whangarei Academy of Gymnastics), has been instrumental in shaping these young athletes into the dedicated and the talented individuals they are today. Funding for such endeavors can be difficult to come by, especially for athletes from smaller communities like Whangarei.

We are reaching out for assistance and support. With your support, you will be helping these young northland athletes in achieving their dreams, but also gaining exposure within the community.

Thank you, your generosity would mean the world to Jessica, Ella, and Renee.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
