Tim Forde - cycling the 11,220km Tour d'Afrique for The Lion & Tusk Museum.

Tim's first day in the saddle on 17 Jan was the 76kms from Cairo to Ain Sokhna on the Red Sea. He covered this in a little over 2hrs.

On 18 Jan he rode the 150 kms from Ain Sokhna to Ras Ghareb in just under 5 hrs which he said was the fastest 150kms he has ever done. Tim says he had a good tail wind to help him along.
