Sadly, on the 4th of April 2022, local Birkenhead resident Amanda Kidd passed suddenly as a result of a sudden accident. This loving mother has left behind her two beautiful children, Mariana (aged 11) and Samuel (aged 8), who are very much part of the local Birkenhead & Northcote community.
We are raising funds to help make life just a little brighter for Mariana and Samuel. The money raised will allow their father Will to take them on a road trip in memory of their mother – to visit her final resting place at her family home in Southland, and perhaps to visit the family dog, who has had to be re-homed in Hastings. The balance of of the donations will of course be wisely invested on behalf of the children for their future.

Georgina, Kirsty and I are long time friends of Amanda's and fellow local Mum's having meet at our Plunket Coffee group 11 years ago when our children were a few months old.
We are raising funds to help make life just a little brighter for Mariana and Samuel. Donations will go towards a memorial "Road Trip" with the remaining funds being invested for the children's future such as an education fund.
