Help Toby Langdon Represent NZ At The 2017 Taekwon-Do World Champs In Dublin, Ireland

My name is Toby Langdon and I have had the honour of being selected for the ITF NZ Team and have the amazing opportunity to represent New Zealand for the Taekwon-Do world champs in Ireland.

I am 16 years old and have a second dan black belt in the art of Taekwon-Do. I started Taekwon-Do at the age of 7 and I always love going to tournaments. I have been to 6 national tournaments and one international. In addition to my own training 5-6 times a week. I also teach a minikids class which is made up of 5 - 10 year olds. Since before and after the selection I go on a 5 hour round car trip every Sunday for a 3 hour high performance training where I train with the past, current and future world champs. This allows me to learn from the best and prepare mentally and physically for what lies ahead.

ABOUT THE WORLD CHAMPS

The world champs this year are being held in Dublin, Ireland where there will be around 1000 competitors from all around the world competing to try and become a world champion.
