Eddie passed away suddenly at 41, this fundraiser supports his partner Shannen and their children as they navigate life without him
New Plymouth, Taranaki
On behalf of our whānau, we are reaching out with heavy hearts after the sudden passing of our cousin/father/brother/partner Eddie, at just 41 years old.
Eddie leaves behind the love of his life, Shannen, and their beautiful children, Kaiah, Kordaye, and Kyrie. His passing has left an unimaginable void in their lives, and they are now facing the heartbreaking reality of navigating life without him.
During this incredibly difficult time, the last thing Shannen and the tamariki should have to worry about is financial pressure. We have created this fundraiser to help ease that burden, allowing them the time and space to grieve, heal, and honour Eddie’s memory without the added stress of everyday expenses.
Every donation, no matter the amount, will go directly towards supporting Shannen and the children as they adjust to this devastating loss. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page with your friends and family would mean the world to us.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and for keeping our family in your thoughts and karakia. Your support will help give Shan, Kaiah, Kordaye, and Kyrie the opportunity to focus on what matters most right now being together, grieving Eddie, and remembering the incredible man, partner, father, son, brother, cousin, and friend he was.
Forever loved. Forever missed. Rest in love my brother boy, Eddie.
I am Eddie’s cousin Tarisse. Our nannas are sisters and I am grateful to have been able to connect with him and share our family’s stories. Eddie was moved back to NZ as a baby away from our family in Australia after his mum passed away.
