Treatment for Roger

  • Roger has begun his immunotherapy treatment

    Thank you to everyone who has and continues to support my brother and his fight for life. He has received his first treatment through immunotherapy and we are so grateful to you all. There is still a long way to go and we are all positive about and stand with Roger in his journey. Chemotherapy is also due to begin next week and so far Roger says he feels pretty good. Your support in helping Roger and his family financially fund this unfunded treatment leaves us all with no words to describe our gratitude ❤️

    Firstly thank you all very much for your donations towards my treatment. 💜

    After seeing the private oncologist yesterday in Palmerston North I can start treatment next Tuesday in Palmy and will continue every three weeks.

    I also start chemo next week in Hastings.

    Doctor is very positive that with both treatments working together I have a great chance of extending and having a better quality of life.

    Philippa and I are so very grateful for this opportunity and with the help from you all has made it all that little bit easier..

    Words can't thank you all enough.

    An update on the progress on ‘Treatment for Roger’

    Together we have raised enough money for Roger to start his treatment and he has his first appointment privately with the oncologist in Palmerston North on February 14th.

    There are no words to describe how grateful we are for all of the support received so far. Donations from a group on Facebook called Treatment for Roger and his give a little page have raised over $13,000. ❤️
