    Kia ora koutou,

As 2025 comes to an end, my Dad and I just wanted to say ngā mihi nui and a huge thank you for all of your support and donations towards Classrooms in the Clouds (CITC). The trip to Nepal was the most rewarding experience of year for us - the beautiful country, people, culture and it was made even better to see the incredible work that CITC do in person.

Your donations on Givealittle have been converted into £GBP and deposited directly into CITC’s bank account. $2181 NZD raised supports a teacher’s salary for 3 months, or provides close to 300 books for a school library!

Thanks again for all your support and donations towards Classrooms in the Clouds. Wishing you all a wonderful 2026, ngā mihi o te tau hou!

Apologies for the delay in updates whilst in Nepal, but just wanted to let you all know that Dad and I made it to the end of the trek, our highest point of Namche! On the way we visited 4 CITC sponsored schools, saw many mule trains, and conquered the altitude and rocky terrain of the Khumbu Valley. We are very grateful for all the donations to date, every little bit counts and having now seen the schools and environment with our own eyes, we really do mean it.

Here’s a pic of us at the Everest View point in Namche

Thank you all for your your wonderful donations and support! My Dad, Alan, and I are incredibly grateful. We can’t wait to get to Nepal to see the schools that have been built because of generous people like yourselves 💛💛

We are on our way to Nepal - via Hong Kong, and will be landing in Kathmandu in 36 hours time!

Here’s a picture of us enjoying the sites of Hong Kong 🇭🇰
