Trevor and Chanell are dear to so many people. They are two of the most humble, giving and beautiful spirited people I know. It was a tough decision for them, but Chanell has gone with their three children to South Africa so she can undergo alternative cancer treatment after conventional chemotherapy avenues were exhausted here. Trevor has remained here in Hastings to continue to run their family business, and will join them when the business and finances allow. This fundraiser is to help pay Trevor's airfare to see Chanell and their children at what is an incredibly difficult time for all of them.

Chanell and Trevor were two of many people who supported my family through some pretty rough times. I know what its like to be in their shoes. I know how money matters both so little and so much at a time like this. It is irrelevant when the most important thing in your life is to be with the one you love, but conversely its also often exactly what is needed most to facilitate being with, or extending time with, the one you love.
