Trishy goes to World Champs!

Trish Muldrock & Powerlifting are pretty much synonomous in Northland. If you've dabbled in anything to do with Powerlifting & strength work, it's pretty safe to say Trish has been a part of your journey along the way. Throughout her incredibly successful career, she has not only amassed enough medals & trophies to sink a battleship, but she's dedicated countless hours into helping others. From teaching technique at give-it-a-go nights, to creating and fostering an entire gym's Powerlifting culture, through to her time spent with the Northland Powerlifting Association....there's not many days you won't find Trish at the gym, where she's still never too busy to take a moment to help.

Trish currently holds 7 world records, and is well on track to take out a couple more!

We're now asking for your help to send her on her way to the Sun City in South Africa so she doesn't need to stress about anything other than carrying all those medals home!! (no pressure Trishy!)

Trishy, your endless kindness, patience, determination & drive is second to none. There isn't a more deserving person for a Give a Little page, (which she never would've asked for herself...)
