As the secretary for Te Rau o Te Rangi ki Otaki Charitable Trust and having managed teams over the past 5 years, I know first hand the commitment, dedication and sacrifices our rangatahi (youth) have had to make in order to reach their full potential in Waka ama. I along with all the whanau are committed to helping our rangatahi to get to the IVF Va'a World Sprint Championships in May 2016.
