Trying to go PRO

Hi my son has been selected to be a part on a once in a lifetime experience and will be traveling over to America for his Basketball development, below is his blurb.

Hi, my name is Jay and I live on Waiheke Island in Auckland, New Zealand.

Basketball is a huge passion of mine, and I’ve been working incredibly hard towards achieving my goals both on and off the court. I have been given the opportunity to travel to the USA in December 2026 to compete in the Tarkanian Classic in Las Vegas, Nevada — a premier annual high school and national prep basketball tournament that brings together talented players and teams from around the world.

This experience will give me the chance to grow as a player, compete at a high level, learn from experienced coaches, and experience basketball in one of the world’s biggest sporting environments.

I’m passionate, dedicated, and driven to becoming the best player I can be, and I would be incredibly grateful for any support towards helping make this dream possible. Every donation, big or small, will help support travel, accommodation, tournament costs, and preparation for this amazing opportunity.
