Tui my labrador swolled a baited fish hook at the beach. Needed urgent specialized animal vet care in auckland to surgically removed the hook which had worked its way through her osophegus. This occurred Saturday 25th June and she ended up staying till Monday. She's doing well and the hook is out...total cost was $10,000.
