Tyra' Basketball Dream is about to begin 🏀

With all my ambitions and hopes of Tyra loving the wonderful game of Netball, I believe it's fair to say I have failed! 🤣

She has found her love for Basketball and at her tender age of only just turning 14, she has been selected to go to Australia and play with HoopNation u16's in the Eltham Basketball Tournament in Melbourne.

Tyra has only just finished her school Basketball season with her team placing 1st in the Secondary Schools Competition, Tauranga.

Receiving a Silver in the Waikato Competition a Silver in the Zone 2 Junior Premiership Championship .

Also, placing 2nd in New Zealand for 3x3 Bball Nationals.

Just this week being selected to represent the Bay Of Plenty Touch Rugby u16s and last week receiving her High School Junior Athletics Girl 2019 for Mount Maunganui College.

With all her sports, everything comes at a cost.

We are hoping to fundraise $2800 to cover the costs for the Melbourne tour.

Tyra and I would not be able to do this without your support, so we thank you so much to everyone who has been apart of her journey.
