BOND vs NZ POLICE. Unlawfully; arrested, assaulted, stripsearched/sexually violated, my 2 dogs seized.

On May the 2nd 2019, i was beaten by multiple members of the New Zealand Police. pepper sprayed, thrown into the footwell face down of the paddy wagon and driven to North Shore Police Station. Strip searched, rubbed/groped/proded by police officers after asking begging them not to, having them throw me against wall holding me there and ripping undies off in a video surveillance cell. Head injuries made me unconscious whilst in the cells, which prompted Ambulance staff to be called. I was later dropped out side North Shore Hospital and told your a freeman by police officers.

Whilst i was taken from my truck, my truck was broken into, my poor dogs pepper sprayed and removed from the back. That morning when i was in hospital my dad and brother went to Silverdale animal shelter and picked my dogs up. That day officers added charges and made false accusations about my dogs. Animal management and police returned the same afternoon and again seized my boys. They sat in the pound for 7 months whilst i did what i could through court to fight for their release.

At my first appearance at North Shore Court, police withdrew all charges.

If i had done what was done to me to any member of the public, i would be in jail.

Police would not revoke false accusations about my dogs. and it took 7 months of court before they were released. Police took 1 year and 3 months to finalise their internal investigation, which they gave me a 4 page document stating the arrest was unlawful, that the investigating officer was satisfied i had not committed any crime, and New Zealand Bill of Rights 1990 was breached. They do not consider me a victim.

Independent Police Conduct Authority, signed off by a Judge states the arrest was unlawful, all force used was unlawful and unjustified, the search and seizure was unlawful. They recommended criminal investigation and tried to work with police to come to a resolution but police declined. This 3 page final comments took the IPCA 2 Years and 5 months from the day this happened to deliver their short findings.

I am pursuing private prosecution against the New Zealand Police and the individual members who caused this traumatic event. The idea of a give a little page was put forward to me by a reader of Newshubs article, who found me on facebook shortly after the story aired online/social media. Currently i am at the beginning stages of this process and i do not have a lawyer. After talking with the reader, i figure maybe others like he does, would like to help me achieve justice for what was done to me and my dogs. I know i am not the only one who has had this sort of cruel treatment from police, however i am of few to have made it this far through their system, and so long as the judge acknowledges the truth of this event, Police shall be charged just as any one would be if they acted this disgustingly.

The New Zealand Police Conduct Association are the only body who have provided support and assistance to progress my complaint. I have been instructed by give a little to inform potential donators/fundraisers that i am at the beginning of this legal pursuit/do not have a lawyer yet, and to give readers an idea of how/ where money will go in unlikely event the courts will not hear this matter.
