Urgent Appeal - Help pay off Musallah Fatima

Musallah Fatima is established in Weymouth and Clendon Park suburb of Auckland, New Zealand.

Initial effort started from a garage in Dec 2016 which was part of a house owned by a family. In the garage, we started madrasa with the help of our Imam Mufti Ahmed and his wife. Both are qualified scholars teaching in our madrasa. Later in the year we started Jumah Salat from Nov, 2018.

Alhumdulillah with the help of our local, generous families from all over New Zealand and overseas we managed to employ Mufti Ahmed full time since May 2019.

With public demand for an independent and more suitable place for men and woman; we secured a place at 8 Burundi Ave, Clendon Park. New property is centrally located to the community and easily accessible from Roscommon Road.

Property Land Size is 1133m2, with two dwelling where kids madrasa and ladies activities takes place in one dwelling and 5 times salaat, Jumah and other activities/amaal for men is carried out in the other dwelling.

We bought this property on a long term settlement plan for $730,000. So far we have paid $584,000 which consisted of fundraising/donation money mostly. However, karz-e-hasanah was partially used due to lockdown challenges.

Final Payment of $146,000 is due on 14th March 2022 with the vendor, we urge families to help us establish and pay off the final amount.
