Urgent Liver Transplant between identical twins!

I migrated to NZ in 2004 & am a Secondary Science Teacher. My nieces are in Turkmenistan age 27 with limited access to medical services. Jemal is very ill needing liver transplant & Shirin is willing to donate part of her liver with both needing travel to Delhi for surgery. My sister will travel to care for them from Turkmenistan for 6 months stay in Delhi to help both recover from surgery. They need urgent support as they have very little income and wider family support from relatives in country is also limited due to high unemployment and low wages. Jemal has a 3 months old son, who is cared by my sister. The child need his mother to be healthy and know her while he is growing up.
