Urgent Operation for stage 4 Endometriosis and Complicated Cyst

My Wife (Courtenay) she has been battling stage 4 endometriosis since she was 14years old, but now we have hit a major road block. She has a complicated cyst that is attached to her ovary, her bowel and her bladder. Due to this no doctors will touch her on the public system, We have to go private now, in New Zealand or private in India. And both options are extremely expensive. At this stage, we are hopeful that she will be able to get the surgery in Auckland.

She will be bed bound for a long time if she doesn't get the operation she needs to remove the big cyst in side her. She is in constant pain and can not get out of bed. The pain is the worst i have ever seen her in. They have her on a permanent fentanyl pump and now trying 2.5 methadone tablets twice a day. I have looked into other options to get the funds required with no luck, and this is our last resort. We tried medical insurance but because it's a pre-existing condition they won't cover any operation involving her endometriosis or cysts.
