Urgent: Please help me save my beautiful Border Collie, Nifty

Nifty, (Ohutu Diamond Nifty in Blue) my beautiful Border Collie Girl, with an amazing Soul, became unwell last weekend whilst we were away at an NZKC Dog Obedience Competition, so I drove her straight to our Vets on the way home, as I did not know what was wrong. After Blood Tests and X-Rays they found a lot of fluid in her Lung/Heart Cavity, but they could not see her Heart and Lungs clearly enough due to fluid buildup, even though they aspirated a lot of fluid, so far more than 1,550 mils. She was transferred urgently to Massey University Vets in Palmerston North on Wednesday night and has been undergoing exhaustive tests since. Fluid showed normal cells which means she doesn't have any Cancers. Todays Scan and Ultra Sound results have just come back and she has been diagnosed with a Lung Torsion (twisted right Lung) and if she is not operated on urgently, she is going to die. They are inserting a drain into her Chest Cavity tonight and will operate to remove the affected part of her Lung urgently. They said once this has been done, she will be able to live a normal life. Nifty is my very best mate and those who know her, know how precious she is to me. I have never asked for this type of help before, but I really need urgent help to save her life. Massey Vets are doing a wonderful job. Whilst we are able to cover all of her pre and post Treatment, the Operation is quoted separately at $5,000 above what we have paid so far.
