In the early hours of this morning our dad took the stairway to heaven Surrounded in a room full of love and tears he passed away pain free.

This time last year our amazing dad was given some awful news that he had been diagnosed with terminal liver cancer, news that has absolutely shook our whole family.

Since finding out about the cancer dad has gone through 2 different rounds of chemo but sadly neither have worked and has left him with just letting nature take its course.

This is a man who without a doubt no matter what he was going through would always put anything on hold to help others despite his own struggles. For those who are close with him or have even crossed paths with him over the years will all agree he has an absolute heart of gold and deserves the world as his feet. With doctors bills, prescriptions, special foods and the daunting realisation that there will infact be funeral costs there sits a man who thinks he will be leaving behind a burden to others.

Any money donated will go towards these costs. No matter the amount it always helps in the end

It's heart Breaking watching my Best Friend and Dana go through all this and I can do nothing. Knowing Vinnie myself and knowing he would give the shirt of his back if he could. This is the least I could do.

In the early hours of Saturday morning our Dad took the stairway to heaven ❤💜 surrounded by family. He is now pain free and and at rest.

Funds will be paid to me, his daughter, Ellen Smith (nee Clarke).
